For US addresses, Sunniblake offers shipping via USPS First Class Mail shipping. Most customers receive their orders 3-6 business days from the date of shipment. estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Free shipping does NOT apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.

We also provide domestic express service through UPS: 2ND DAY and standard NEXT DAY delivery. Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM PST. Saturdays and Sundays do not qualify as delivery days.
A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service is not available for some zip codes. UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
International shipments are shipped via UPS who provide customs clearance and delivery service within 2-7 business days from date of dispatch.
Canada & Mexico: $25 UPS Standard
Europe: $35 Worldwide Shipping
All other Countries: $45 Worldwide Expedited
Custom duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order for goods imported. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the receiver, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The receiver must pay the duties and taxes due on their package. The international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non refundable. (A delivery ignored or refused by the receiver is deemed "abandoned" by UPS/USPS.)
All packages sent will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Sunniblake.com is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with USPS/UPS. All customers are encouraged to contact UPS/USPS about missing or undelivered packages. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you.
CHANGING THE ADDRESS ON AN ORDER
For your protection, we ship to the billing address. If you provided the wrong or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has not yet been shipped, your order will be updated and your items will be shipped to the new address. If your items have already been shipped we will contact USPS and ask them to reroute the package to the new address.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a valid address at the time of purchase. Change-of-address requests placed with USPS are not guaranteed, and successful package rerouting will delay delivery. There is a $13.45 charge for this service plus additional postage that is determined by the USPS and it will need to be paid before the reroute request can be processed. We reserve the right to request proof of address before making changes.
