Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is pre ordered or on back order, it will ship in accordance with the date specified at time of purchase. We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 5 days of your orders arrival minus a 15% restocking fee. 

Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.  Returns/Merchandise must be received within 5 days from the time of your request. Used merchandise cannot be returned. 

ALL CUSTOM ITEMS, SALE ITEMS, SAMPLE SALE ITEMS AND ITEMS USING A DISCOUNT CODE ARE FINAL SALE. However if any items are missing from your order, or are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.


We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.


Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Please remember Returns will only be approved if requested within 5 days of an order's arrival. Returns/Merchandise must be received within 5  days from the time of your request. We require you email us so that we can issue a Return Authorization number.

Once reviewed we will email you an RA# and you can send us your return using a trackable courier of your choice, or request our prepaid label. If you decide to use our pre-paid return label, a return shipping fee of $10USD (for returns within the 48 contiguous states) or $30 USD (for returns from Alaska and Hawaii) will be deducted from your refund.

For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged.

We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from California State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items.

Please be advised that for International orders returns or exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations in the US. If you request a return of your order or refuse your shipment and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.

Items purchased through retailers other than must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. If they are unable to help you, please email and we will do our best to assist you.



Each piece of SUNNIBLAKE jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Sunniblake jewelry is made of non-precious metals combined with various elements including semi-precious stones, crystals, beads and leather. Apply perfume and cosmetics and make sure it’s dry prior to putting on your jewelry. To clean each piece of jewelry, wipe with a soft cloth. Keep your jewelry away from moisture (water, lotions etc.) as it fosters tarnish. Do not expose leather to water. We recommend storing your jewelry in a clean, dry place such as the original packaging.


For oxidized styles, the deliberate darkening of metal and crystal may differ from piece to piece to allow for our signature one-of-a-kind aesthetic. 


Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, jewelry is protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase is required). If the jewelry proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will replace the item with the same or a comparable product free of charge.



The warranties offered herein by Sunniblake are nontransferable and do not cover damages arising from exposure to moisture, accidents, misuse or any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than Sunniblake or its authorized provider.

Warranty repairs within 6 mos of purchase are FREE

Repairs more than 6 months old and other repairs are subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.

Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair all items.
